Banner & Printmaking, Storytelling & Spoken Word, Community Choirs, Local history, Debate Full Programme: (subject to change! Signup for updates. 11-12: Storytelling. Join professional storyteller Sandra Agard as she tells the story of the 1848 Chartist rally on Kennington Common and other tales. (All ages) 11am – 4pm Printmaking with South London’s Portable Print Studio. Print your own FREE souvenier poster of the famous engraving of Kennington Common in 1848. Or design you own slogans and print onto T-shirts. Bring your own T-shirts for printing (light colours). 11am – 4pm: Banner Making. With Calverts design Co-op, and textile artist Lu Firth. A group workshop to design and make a banner for the Kennington Chartist Project, within the day!
